Our conferences provide the opportunity to hear the latest research in energy economics and dialogue that takes place between industry, government and academia. IAEE meets globally between three to five times per year. Don’t miss your opportunity to present your research.
Membership in IAEE is open to anyone worldwide who has an interest in the fields of energy or energy economics. Our membership consists of those working in both the public and private sectors including government, academic and commercial.
IAEE publishes three publications throughout the year. These are The Energy Journal, Economics of Energy & Environmental Policy and the Energy Forum. Members of the association receive these publications as part of their membership.
The IAEE European PhD Day initiative was created for the first time during the 2011 IAEE International Conference in Stockholm. It was organised in order to promote the collaboration between Student Chapters and to deepen the exchange among PhD-students and between junior and senior scientists.
The schedule of the PhD Day aims to allow for increased available discussion and presentation time for each paper compared to regular IAEE conferences. Within this initiative a collaboration with the Young Energy Economists and Engineers Seminar (YEEES) Association has been made possible and put in place for the second edition that will take place during the 12th IAEE European Conference in Venice, Italy.
Thus, the call for participation is open for both of the IAEE and YEEES members.
This first collaboration is in line with the common will of both associations to work close for the promotion of exchange between their members.
